What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in steam cleaning systems, hardware innovation, or clean-tech
• Strong STEM background (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling products
• Experience in leading product development or engineering teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Bonus: Prior startup or founding experience
