What I specialize in
I am a food value chain transformation specialist with over 20 years of experience spanning sustainability strategy, public policy, and commercial development.
My work has consistently focused on translating complex environmental and social challenges into credible investment narratives, partnerships, and operational pathways.
A defining chapter of my career was a decade working in Brazil on agroecology and public food governance. As an elected member of Rio de Janeiro’s Food Security Council (CONSEA), I coordinated multi-stakeholder processes involving farmers, municipalities, NGOs, and legal institutions. This experience gave me a deep, practical understanding of how finance, policy, and supply chains intersect on the ground, and why reparative, long-term investment is essential for climate resilience.

Strategic Partnerships & Market Access
At Procoreef, my work has focused on translating highly complex ecological processes into decision-grade narratives, metrics, and partnership models that can be understood, assessed, and engaged with by non-technical stakeholders.
A core dimension of my role has been the design and structuring of B2B partnerships, aligning incentives across actors with very different logics—ecological, operational, institutional, and commercial—and creating shared frameworks that support credibility and continuity.
How can I help you
I support organizations developing large-scale, multi-actor initiatives where credibility depends on governance, measurement, and long-term economic logic. My work focuses on structuring transformation processes that communicate — from institutions, markets, and communities — while remaining operationally viable on the ground.
I operate at the ecosystem level, connecting policy frameworks, market dynamics, and implementation realities to enable coherent market focus initiatives.
My background in industrial engineering and a PhD focused on communication for systemic transformation enable me to bridge technical rigor and human systems. I work with uncertainty, co-creating structures that can adapt over time without undermining credibility or trust.
This approach supports initiatives that are not only ambitious, but also usable, verifiable and meaningful to the regions and stakeholders they serve.
